Products


Can you tell me when an item is back in stock?

If an item is out of stock and is available for reorders, you may select "Add to Wait List." If an item does not have an "Add to Wait List" option, it is because the line of fabric or product is part of a limited run. Should we reorder, or have it in the queue for reorder, you will be notified by email. However, this does not reserve an item for you. Please visit our website often for returning and new products.



If a product is out of stock, can I request a special order?

Some product lines may be out of production. However, if enough people are interested in a product and it is available for reorder, we will definitely restock it. Please note: some manufacturers only print a single run of an entire collection, and older prints are less likely to be available, but, we are always willing to check for you. 



What happens if there is not enough yardage to complete my order?

If, for any reason, there is not enough yardage to complete your order (the bolt ran out, the fabric is flawed, etc), you will be notified by email before the order is shipped. In this instance, you will be able to choose to be refunded a small refund in the amount of the missing yardage or the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund at this time.

Shipping


How will my products be shipped?

We ship using USPS because we find it is more affordable than UPS or FedEx. We typically ship using USPS Flat envelopes or boxes, which is a better deal for our customers. If you have a special shipping request (overnight, different carrier), please contact us.



How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping to customers located in the United States is a FLAT $5.00 and we now ship to Canadian territories and the cost is determined by weight.

Packages include free tracking. The codes will be sent to you when your order is complete. Most Priority packages arrive in 2-5 business days, while First Class packages arrive in 7-10 days. If you wish to receive your package through a different carrier, additional fees may apply.

We currently do not ship outside U.S. and Canada ... but are working on it!



I received a shipping confirmation but never received my order. What do I do?
If a package is suspected to be lost, contact us and we will put in a ticket with USPS.  Many times a package is found at a sorting center and can be sent along it's way.  Priority shipments include $50 insurance, however, First Class packages do not come with insurance and so lost packages of these classes will not be refunded.  Insurance is available on all First Class shipments for an additional $2.75. 

Do you offer free shipping?
No. We offer FLAT $5 shipping on all of our products shipped through USPS.




Store Policies


Returns and Exchanges

Our products may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in the condition that they were sold. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.

Items sold as a part of a sale or clearance are not refundable and considered a "final sale". Since they are offered at a deep discount, we will not refund these items.

No refunds or exchanges are offered on cut yardage at this time.



Our Commitment to Privacy

All personal information used on this website will be collected from you voluntarily. It will be used to process your orders, and will not be sold to anyone, ever.

We will use your information to respond to you about issues that may arise with your order, or to respond if you have contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order

If you feel we are not respecting your privacy, please contact us, and we'll do everything we can to correct the issue.  

 


What is your cancellation policy?
Orders that are cancelled before a shipping notification is sent will be honored. Orders that have been processed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee as well as any shipping charges if the order has already been shipped. For more information, please contact us.
